Summer is Finally Coming
The luscious green grass is gleaming
The wonderful sun is beaming
The Makers of Honey
Are working while humming
Oh, Summer is finally coming

Hi everyone. This is my poem, I wrote about some things I remember about summer. I did more school this week then last week, I am almost done with my Science book. I am almost done reading about Seargent York and what he did in World War 1.
You Took Me In
I was a beggar on the side of the street,
with ragged old clothes and nothing to eat.
Longing for love,
Suffering from wrath,
'til you took me in
and showed the path.
I stunk and I was filthy,
But you washed my feet.
Though I had nothing.
You gave me food to eat.
You are the Shepherd
and I was the lamb,
that stayed away from your hand.
You came and you found a trap stuck onto me
and cut the wires off. You set me free.

Hi. We just got back from a Blue Grass concert. It was fun. I also saw some friends. I wrote this poem to show how we are like when we don't have Jesus.
My friend showed me a little skit on YouTube were his son has a Jesus button and whenever he needs help he just pushes the button andJesus comes and helps him. I write a poem for each month for our church.
