Kajsa: I did not do much Latin or Greek either this week. I've been doing a lot of reading and I'm improving in reading. I got a mandolin from my Uncle Robert, not for keeps just for the fun of learning how to play it. Today we had a thaw in the snow, yeah. Pray that we can get a knew chair for sitting in front of the computer. I keep falling off this old one.

Hi, Rachel here. I did plenty of Greek and reading a little of math and Latin. I too am getting better in reading (and when I mean better I mean faster). I finished the whole book of Florence Nightingale in a week starting from the 1st of Feb. I have been reading a joke book it's a Beetle Bailey joke book and is very funny. The Greek book is really fun; I'm learning sentinces. My new reading book is called Elsie Dinsmore. It has long chapters in it. Well that's all for now. Bye

Rosie: This week I did thirty-one pages in Greek, a few lessons in Math, and not much Latin. I finished a book called The Hidden Hand this week also. I have violin strings and rosin, now. Bye.

Hi! This is Wilson. I am very close to finishiing my science book, I did a little Greek and Latin this week, I also finished my Sergeant York book and a book called Sounder. I will write about the York book in the book report we are supposed to write this week. Mom started reading us a book called the Fallacy Detective, it is teaching us how to find errors in a person's reasoning. Good news! We finally put down the vinyl in the bathroom and even more important, we have put in the toilet! I went ice fishing last Saturday with the Boy Scouts. The fish weren't agreeing with us that day but two scouts each caught a fish, one was a 3 in. perch, the other was a small sunny. My uncle Robert is lending us his Mandolin. I am learning how to play it a little, one thing I learned from the mandolin is how big and clumsy my fingers really are. Bye for now.
